The staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Great location and easy access to the islands. Accommodating hosts who treat you like family. Comfortable rooms and excellent air conditioning. Delicious homemade breakfast and great coffee. Detailed check-in with helpful recommendations. Convenient proximity to the port and day trips. Excellent restaurant recommendations nearby.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, away from the central station, and very close to the port. It is also right next to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern and stylish decor. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with helpful information on what to see and do in the city. the breakfast was tasty, with typical Neapolitan appetizers and good coffee.
The shower in our room didn't work properly and we didn't have a chance to report it to the staff.

Close to everything and right next to the metro station, which linked everything. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. Staff were cute and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

During our recent stay at Neapolitantrips, we had a little but comfy and cozy room, made us feel right at home. The friendly personnel made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was nice and the location was convenient, away from the hustle and bustle of the train station area. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar where we enjoyed a cup of coffee and the beautiful view. We also appreciated the fact that there was free water available down the hall.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided us with a map and gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and dine. The location of the hotel was perfect, being near the metro station which made it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and had good air conditioning. The highlight for me was the delicious homemade coffee served at breakfast, which gave us a great start to the day. The views from the hotel were also amazing.
